Summary for Users: We do NOT sell your photos or personal data. All photo enhancements and camera operations are performed with strict user privacy in mind. We only collect anonymized diagnostic data necessary to ensure app stability.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the application and features you utilize, we may process the following information:
A. Photo & Media Processing
- Photo Enhancer: When you choose to enhance or restore an image, the photo is processed temporarily solely to execute the requested AI enhancement algorithm. Your photos are never used to train public models or shared with third parties.
- Pixense - Ai Camera: Captured images and videos are written directly to your device's local gallery. We do not access, view, or upload your media without your explicit command.
B. Automatically Collected Technical Data
- Device Telemetry: Device manufacturer, model, operating system version (e.g. Android 13, 14, 15), GPU capability, and screen resolution to optimize AI image processing performance.
- Crash & Performance Logs: Stack traces, ANR (Application Not Responding) events, and rendering telemetry to resolve bugs.
- Advertising Identifiers: In ad-supported releases, standard Google Advertising ID (AAID) is processed in compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies. You can reset this anytime in your Android device settings.
C. In-App Purchases and Billing
All premium feature upgrades and subscriptions are processed exclusively via Google Play In-App Billing. We never receive or store credit cards, bank account details, or payment credentials.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:
- To perform requested AI photo enhancements, image restorations, and camera captures.
- To diagnose technical crashes, improve camera processing speeds, and optimize AI models.
- To verify licensed in-app purchases and restore pro feature access.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Policy
We do not retain user media files on our servers. Any temporary processing cache is purged immediately after processing.
