1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Android application or digital service published by Logical Bros ("we", "us", or "our") via the Google Play Store (including Photo enhancer and Pixense - Ai Camera), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use our software.
2. Limited License Grant
Logical Bros grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal license to install and run the applications on Android devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, extract model weights, or disassemble our applications.
- Circumvent or tamper with Google Play license verification or security mechanisms.
- Use the camera or photo tools to generate, process, or disseminate unlawful or non-consensual imagery.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the software outside the official Google Play distribution channels.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All titles, ownership, copyrights, algorithms, trademarks, and UI designs in and to our applications remain the exclusive property of Logical Bros. Your edited and enhanced photos remain your sole property.
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Optional subscriptions or feature unlocks are processed via Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the renewal date via your Google Play account settings.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your license to use the apps if you violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logical Bros shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the applications.
